He let me updated on how he was doing and sent some pics of my fur baby having fun, which I loved. “Joanne did a meet and greet a week before I left for my holiday so she could get to know Lottie. She gave me full details of her situation and experience and other dogs that were in her care, her routines etc. Joanne was very accommodating with drop off and pick up times. She was interested in providing the best care she could for Lottie. All was well on my return and I would recommend Joanne to others.”

“Shalina and her housemates all had a wonderful manner with Larry, he is sometimes a bit unsure around new people but he felt immediately at home with them. It's clear how much she loves to care for dogs - she didn't even seem to mind when he snuck into her bed at night! Larry didn't want to leave, and actually ended up crying for a few hours after we got home because he was sad that she hadn't come back with us... Would recommend to anyone!”

“Left my dog for 2 nights for the first time with Leah. Leo is an old vegetarian dog whose needs are different. Leah took great care of him and he was happy and settled well with them. Leah followed my instructions in looking after him. I will definitely use Leah again.”

Followed his routine and gave him lots of attention, which I know he loved. I received lots of updates which is always a bonus knowing what Arlo has been up to and to see him happy and playing! So friendly with both me and Arlo and accepted the booking with such short. It was Arlo’s first night stay away and Antigoni really made it feel easy for him! I was really anxious about leaving my Chihuahua Chico whilst Holidaying in Menorca however Julia and Tony was absolutely amazing with Chico and he really settled in and had a lovely doggy holiday. Every day we received regular photos and videos off Chico living his best life. Julia and Tony looked after Chico with so much love care and attention, I would definitely feel 100% confident booking chico in with them again in the future. However, on my meet and greet with Liza and the family dog Molly I knew she was the right person for myself and more importantly Ozzy.. She kindly collected and dropped him off as I do not drive.. I got regular updates and pictures..He settled in to their family home and was happy, content and well cared for.. “Thank you so much to Jack, Luke and Iris, we never imagined we would be able to go abroad and leave our little dog Betsy. After several meetings in the park and at the house Jack reassured me that Betsy would be fine. He sent me daily updates, pictures and videos, Betsy had the best time, she absolutely loves Jack, he has a lovely manner with anxious dogs and along with Luke and Iris I can honestly say she is much less anxious amongst strangers. We will definitely keep in touch with Jack and can now look forward to more breaks knowing we will be leaving Betsy in the best of care.”
