After setting up the initial meet, due to some family health issues we couldn’t meet as expected and Laura was very understanding, supportive and flexible with the meet and greet. From the very start Bronx was welcomed and allowed to be himself while he settled in. They were very accommodating of Bronx and were a lovely couple to meet.
