“This was the first time our dog Lola had stayed with Richard. He was very happy to meet beforehand at our convenience so we could all get to know each other. Lola stayed for a week with Richard. We received regular updates and lots of videos so we all felt very happy that Lola was having a good time and being well looked after. “I was really nervous about leaving my dog with another person as she has never had this experience and she is in her senior years,but the stay with Jonathan was such a great experience since he was really understanding and such an expert ,he updated me with many lovely photos and videos and also arranged a meet and greet before the stay which was such a relief for me and my dog felt really comfortable with them soon after I left and when I was back I could tell she had great time with them.”

From the moment we met him, it was clear that he has a genuine love for dogs and is very knowledgeable about their care. He was very attentive to our instructions and took the time to understand Lychee’s routine and needs. This was specifically evident the way he planned Lychee’s drop off by making sure she was comfortable. Throughout the day, Rob sent us updates and photos, which really put our minds at ease, given that Lychee is nervous and shy around strangers. We came home with a happy and well-cared-for dog. “John was absolutely great from initial contact to during Dougie’s stay. I sent him a last minute request which he was great with. I was sent pictures and videos throughout which like any pet owner really put my mind at ease seeing what a great time he was having and the smile of his face. “Amazing experience with Isabella and her husband. Since the first moment, both of them have been lovely, polite and very professional, following every single thing I asked them to do with my dog. Really easy communication, really clean people (my partner and me could visit their flat and it was pristine), and lots of photos and videos every day to make us feel closer from our little one. They speak English and Spanish, which is an advantage for us as we are from Spain; and adapted the walks to her needs (moments of the day, duration, intensity, and on a leash as I asked them to do). Furthermore, she was never unattended as there was always one of them in the flat with her. Also, the area in which Isabella lives is really convenient as it is a short distance walking from the train station. We are very happy to have trusted her, and we are sure we will do so on more occasions.”

“Jessica and her partner, Ollie, really came through for us. We asked them to watch our dog, Georgia, just a week before a holiday weekend, and they seemed more than happy to host her. She was very accommodating with our schedule and even offered to meet us for a meet and greet before the weekend began. She seemed genuinely excited to watch Georgia when we met. I felt as if she listened to my instructions and didn't mind some of Georgia's more high maintenance behaviors.
