This was specifically evident the way he planned Lychee’s drop off by making sure she was comfortable. Throughout the day, Rob sent us updates and photos, which really put our minds at ease, given that Lychee is nervous and shy around strangers. We came home with a happy and well-cared-for dog. Rob's reliability, communication, and affection towards Lychee were outstanding. He even checked in afterwards to see how she was getting on. “Victoria was excellent with Tilly! She was very flexible in picking Tilly up (even Ubered across London to get her) and accommodated my trip ending early! I got daily updates of very happy pup pictures and it was clear Tilly was well cared for. Victoria even brushed her teeth daily (which is not an easy task). Would 100% ask Victoria to sit Tilly again and would highly recommend her!”
