From the moment we met him, it was clear that he has a genuine love for dogs and is very knowledgeable about their care. He was very attentive to our instructions and took the time to understand Lychee’s routine and needs. This was specifically evident the way he planned Lychee’s drop off by making sure she was comfortable. Throughout the day, Rob sent us updates and photos, which really put our minds at ease, given that Lychee is nervous and shy around strangers. We came home with a happy and well-cared-for dog. Rob's reliability, communication, and affection towards Lychee were outstanding. He even checked in afterwards to see how she was getting on. “We booked a 2nd stay for our greyhound Lucky with Meghan and Tom following an initial short stay at theirs. Meghan and Tom were great as ever, super accommodating and flexible. We loved getting updates and photos all throughout his week long stay which was really reassuring and lovely to hear. “Susan looked after my dog twice, the first time after very short notice. Linus can can whine and have some anxiety but she was able to manage him. She has a lovely garden and a very sweet pug to keep your dog company. I’d certainly leave my dog with her again.”

“We would highly recommend Sam and Rebecca who not only looked after, but really cared for our two dachshunds for one week. We were anxious about leaving them because one of the dogs is a rescue who has lived with us less than a year and who finds it hard to trust anyone other than us. Within an hour of leaving, we were reassured that both dogs had quickly settled and were playing together in their new surroundings. We were kept updated every day with pictures, videos and stories of how both dogs, especially our rescue, were fine and bonding well with both Sam and Rebecca. We were so grateful to see the attention, exercise and patience both dogs received, to the point that we wondered if they might be disappointed to come home! We had a much-needed holiday, made all the better for being able to relax, knowing our crazy little pair were safe and happy.”
