I also appreciated that she got on touch with me if she noticed something unusual (the boy is teething). What give me the confirmation that she is on of a kind is when things started going south. Due to unexpected issues with our flight we risked not to be able to come back home on the day of the pick up, eventually we did but extremely late. Sara comforted and reassured me and took care of Ralphy until we were back. Clearly, actions speak for themselves - Sara is exceptional!
