She is extremely prompt with communication leading up to our booking and sent far more photos and videos then we ever expected during Enzo’s stay. Her little dog Ellie is the cutest and I think Enzo found himself a new playmate and a new friend in Janine. She was amazing and loving and Enzo had a fabulous day. I couldn’t recommend Janine more highly. Once she and Ellie have recovered from a day with a bouncy Cocker Spaniel I would not hesitate in booking with her again.
