“Mandy was amazing! Our 1 year old went in fine and developed a cold and Mandy was great in contacting the vet and doing all she could so he could be as comfortable as possible specially as we were away and couldn’t collect him any earlier. She spent most of the days giving us updates either when he was well and when he got sick. Pictures and videos meant a lot. Definitely recommended it.”

“Violeta was very accommodating. She accepted my request for a last minute booking for the same day!!!. I could tell as soon as I met her that she would be the perfect sitter for my 2 Shiztu's. Smudge was very stressed when I first took them but Violeta kept me updated to how she was and reassured me that within a few hours she was a lot better and was settling in. She has fed our dog at the right time, as well as giving him his medication and has walked him sensible distances taking into account his age. “Kate looked after our little JR, Obi, for the night this weekend. Kate saved us after our usual sitter had to cancel last minute, and Obi had the best time at her house. Kate was kind, professional and we knew Obi was being well looked after so we were able to relax and enjoy our night away. Kate sent lots of pictures of Obi and it was clear from these pictures that he was having a great time. Obi has slept all day since we picked him up so he was clearly very well entertained! She is really experienced with dogs and has an amazing understanding of their needs. It gives you such peace of mind when you're away to know that your dog will be so well cared for.
