However instantly they made themselves at home, and Claudia made sure to update me not long after I dropped them off. She really put my mind at ease, keeping me updated everyday with videos and pictures, Which made my holiday much more enjoyable, as I knew they was happy, having there own little holiday and lots of snuddles too. We both work from home throughout the week and enjoy going on walks and hikes. We can commit to morning, lunchtime, and evening walks with your dog(s). Our home features a fenced garden and is conveniently located near fields and parks for enjoyable walks. Before arranging an overnight stay, we'd like to meet you and your dog(s) to acquaint ourselves with each other. This will also provide you with an opportunity to see where your beloved dog will stay and ask any questions you may have. Throughout the stay, we're more than happy to share photos and provide updates, preferably via WhatsApp. We both work from home full time, your pet won't be left home alone. We can commit to morning, lunchtime, and evening walks with your dog(s). During the weekend we are happy to go longer walks and new adventures. I have a fenced garden where doggies can play and run around. I live in a detached house with plenty of space to run around inside too. Dogs can sleep upstairs or crated downstairs if that's what they used to. In the evening happy to cuddle with them on a sofa and play with their favourite toys.

“I was recommended the Rover app via another dog sitter and found Gemma. We were in need of someone to look after our dog, Betty, and after reviewing Gemma’s profile, we felt, that Gemma was the one to look after our dog. We were nervous about leaving Betty with anyone, but Gemma instantly put our minds at ease. We were able to visit her home before our dogs stay, so we knew where she be staying and also for Gemma, her family and Lola to meet Betty. Well our visit could not have gone better, I could see straight away that Betty would be treated as if she was their own pet. She would be part of the family, this really eased ours fears which meant we could go and enjoy our holiday, knowing our dog was very well cared for. During our holiday Gemma sent regular updates and pictures of Betty, which again really helped us as we were missing our dog. We could see that Betty was having a whale of a time with Lola, so much so we really don't think she wanted to come home when we arrived to pick her up after our holiday. If you are in need of Dog boarding or any other service Gemma offers I would highly recommend her. Again just be warned your pet might not want to leave when you pick them up. Thank you Gemma and family for letting us go on holiday and not worry about Betty.”

About: I have had pets at home since I was a little girl so I loved each and everyone of them but my favorite animals are dogs. I have a 3 year old female Bichon Frise who gets along with small dogs just fine. I have two older children who also love animals. I am very patient and enjoy dogs company when sitting on the sofa and relaxing. Also I enjoy playing fetch with their favourite toys and usually dogs are happy with a belly rub so I’m happy to oblige if they like it. We are home from work and school by 4pm so have plenty of time on Friday evenings for relaxing and playing with our dog, always room for one more if you need a night away without your dog. I will be looking after your dog myself when they stay overnight. I have a fenced back garden and my dog for your dog to play with. I have a crate if you like your dog to be in there at night, if not then they can sleep on the sofa or the end of the bed.
