“Laura had graciously accepted hosting Millie for around 13 days. During this time she was in regular (at least daily) communication (which I greatly appreciated) showing lots of updates on how Millie is doing, and activities the family were up to. Millie seemed very well cared for, and when we returned had clearly formed a very positive bond with Laura and family. We would be more than happy leaving Millie with Laura and her family again. Although we knew Millie was in heat when we left her with Laura, we thought she had stopped bleeding. This turned out not to be the case - yet Laura was happy to still accommodate Millie and was even prepared with supplies to help manage this.“

About: We have had Trudy our Labrador retriever since she was a puppy and trained her in basic skills, as well as creating boundaries around jumping and pulling on the lead whilst ensuring she has nice long walks to keep her energy levels low in the day. We work from home and so are able to let new friends out for toilet breaks frequently in to our grassy garden. We are happy to host anyone from puppies to senior dogs as long as all information is given regarding their routine, I will ensure all their needs are met! We have space for a care or bed as needed but only for one dog in our small home, happy to discuss if you have a smaller dog. please do let us know if your dog is quite vocal as we have direct neighbours to our terraced house. Disclosure: Although I live with my husband I will be the only person taking responsibility for your fur baby! We are already walking our Labrador twice a day off lead and to bring a friend along would fit into our routine perfectly. We are at home in the day for work and are able to host well behaved dogs. We have a completely fenced garden with no strange plants for hungry pup's. We have a large crate if needed and are able to make room for a dog bed for boarders. I have felt having a routine for our dog has helped her behaviour and will always respect any routine that is given to make your dog feel as comfortable as possible.

About: Here to keep your dogs company when you can't. I work from home with a garden near Horsham park and lots of other green spaces. I currently work from home, with just sporadic days in the office (once a month or so), so can work around you. My own dog only lives here part time, so your pet can have a pal or go without if you prefer. I have a fenced garden and and areas with or without shade. There's also a conservatory and big windows if your pet pefers to look outside and snooze rather than play.
