They offered to meet up before they were to look after our dog, and took into consideration everytging we said regarding feeding etc. We were given frequent updates and photos, ans they took our dog for long walks, which she loved! They have a lovely and gentle dog themselves, who got on well with our dog, so thats always a plus! Really friendly people, who knows how to properly care for your pet! Will definitely be using teresa in the future, as they really made us feel comfortable with leaving our dog with them.”

“Sarah and Jack couldn’t have been more welcoming or friendly to my dogs and myself. A meet up was arranged before the booking so that we could see the compatibility of our dogs, but there were no worries there. Sarah was very thorough with her questioning as to the care of my dogs and their daily routine, which settled any concerns I might of had with leaving my dogs. During their stay, I had a daily update and photos to show me how they were getting on and what they had been up to. We will definitely be using Sarah again and I’m sure my dogs will be excited to see Sarah, Jack and Obi.”

“Bessie, our Labrador X is old and takes medication for various conditions including dementia. As a result we we unsure about leaving her for the first time with someone she didn't know. Andreea was happy to meet us a week before for a short walk so she wasn't entirely unfamiliar, but in reality our nerves were unfounded. Andreea was calm and patient and took everything in her stride, including Bessie's medicine which can be a challenge! Bessie obviously had a lovely time and adapted better than we anticipated to her new temporary family. I am very happy with the care she's received and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Andreea or to book her again if the need arises.”

Not only were we kept updated with pictures and videos, but we were also kept up to date with how Blu was eating and sleeping in a new environment. The attention to detail and level of care was incredible and I can’t wait to bring Blu back for another play date!”
