Joanna went out her way to make sure we were comfortable leaving Ollie and kept in touch throughout the week. Joanna was very flexible and did a meet and greet as well as a visit to her home before the stay, which again made me feel really confident about leaving Ollie. I would highly recommend Joanna and look forward to our next holiday when Ollie can go back and see his new friend again.“

“I booked in with Fiona really last minute due to a previous booking cancelling, but Fiona was so accommodating, offering to do a meet and greet the next day & instantly put me at ease. She sent plenty of updates or coco & was able to take care of cocos needs due to medication / health issues etc. Due to Cocos age I get nervous leaving her but I felt coco was in such safe hands & really well cared for & I think she had a great time too! I would definitely book with Fiona again & so thankful.“
