She kept us updated with lovely photos and videos throughout the day and into the next day which put our minds at ease. Despite the torrential rain, Lauren put on her wellies and took Millie on long walks much to her delight! “It is very stressful to suddenly have a very sick cat and Elaine has been invaluable in helping us cope. I had never ever heard of diabetes in cats. Giving our cat insulin was at first very challenging for my partner and me. Elaine demonstrated that it could be done with ease, and we learn from her calm, patient manner. Her support and reassurance helped us so much in those early days. Elaine's manner and demeanour were of someone completely confident and at ease with both us and our cats. She exudes warmth and you can tell she is naturally very caring, bringing years of experience of working with people and putting them at ease! She had us and the cats completely relaxed almost instantly. Since that first meeting, Elaine continues to be a valuable source of support. Helping with the routine insulin injections and doing routine BG checks and obtaining urine samples. I don't know if we would have coped without her in those first two weeks, She has been reliable and has been great at communicating and giving feedback. For anyone needing support and care with their animal I honestly can't recommend her highly enough!”

“Amy looked after Jax our cocker spaniel for one night and was absolutely great with him. He can be wary with people he has not met before but took to Amy right away. She keep us updated on a regular basis with videos and photos and he was taken on several long walks which was great for him. Would not hesitate to use Amy again and would recommend her to anyone else”

I was sent messages and pictures regularly Penny settled in and made herself at home quickly, she was in great form when I picked her up and seemed to have enjoyed her stay. “Ina has pet sit for me on many occasions - she is one of my most trusted friends when it comes to looking after my cat. She is reliable and extremely competent and I always know he is in good hands with her! She ensures to not only look after his physical wellbeing (feeding him, making sure his litter is clean etc),but also cares for him mentally by giving him lots of attention and playing with him. Ina is very caring and has great communication skills, an extremely safe pair of hands!”

Milo -one of my dogs - has a complicated medication routine and thankfully katia was more than happy to accommodate Milo’s needs during his stay at her place. They seemed super happy with her, and get excited when they see her from time to time!”
