“Celia did a great job of looking after Phoebe! Phoebe stayed with Celia for two nights and I received lots of pictures and updates over the weekend. We also met beforehand which was great so Phoebe could meet her. Throughout the stay Celia was very responsive which put my mind at ease and Phoebe seemed like she had a lovely time. She made the effort to meet with Parker on several occasion before his sleep over to ensure he was comfortable with her. “Derek was amazing with Millie who is 13 years old. She would usually go to a family member and we weren’t sure how she would be away from home, but we had no need to worry. Derek sent lots of videos to reassure us she was eating and being looked after. We can’t thank Derek enough for everything he did as it meant we could relax and enjoy our holiday. He is ‘the dog whisperer’ and his care and attention to Millie was first class. We will definitely use him again, if we can manage to get a time when he is available as he is booked up so often due to his excellent treatment of our fur babies. Can’t thank Derek enough.”

Arranged a pre-meet to ensure our two dogs were settled, and then did a brilliant job of looking after them over the 2 days - getting a perfect balance of exercise, downtime and cuddles the dogs clearly loved. “This has been our dobermans second stay with Agata and Steven and we couldn’t fathom that they could give her much more love, attention and adoration than her first stay but Agata and Steven did! From home cooked treats to new toys, games at home, we could see our pup loved every moment in their home. The consistent updates made us tear up as our rescue pup started exhibiting more confidence, obedience and most of all a beautiful happy temperament. Our pup has extremely high levels of energy and Agata matched this with the walks and parks they explored together. Agata is extremely insightful about all breeds especially dobermans and has been so helpful and supportive in aiding us to find a suitable trainer for our pup too. We cannot be more thankful that we have found such a safe, loving home away from home for our pup and we know our dog dreams about her next holiday with them! Thank you!!”
