She was very helpful and arranged a meeting before Jessie stayed with her which was helpful because Jessie can be a bit wary of people she doesn't know but once she's warmed to someone she is very happy. Although a bit nervous at first Monika helped Jessie feel settled and she sent me updates with pictures throughout the brief stay. I would be very happy for Jessie to stay with her again.”
