“Rachel and Ben were very accommodating. We had a pre-meet at their house which was very close to their stay. I wouldn't normally leave it so late due but one of my dogs had been ill and taken a few weeks to recover. They were understanding of the lack of communications and we were made to feel very welcome. They asked lots of questions about the care and attention required for my two and I felt complete confident in their ability to look after my dogs. It was a trial stay as I've recently moved to the area and this is the first time they've been left with anyone outside of close family. I'm happy to say I'd use Rachel and Ben's services again and maybe leave them for longer if Rachel and Ben aren't booked up already!”

With regular updates, photos and videos i could see how loved they were making Millie feel. Ishka and her partner Erdene clearly have a massive love for animals and prioritise their happiness and well being above all else. When my flight was cancelled and we had to extend the booking last minute Ishka was fantastic, again making it very clear Millie's happiness was top priority. I'm so greatful to have found such a fantastic couple for Millie to go to again in the future, I have no doubt Millie will be thrilled to become a regular visitor to their house. Thank you!!!!”
