“Rachel and Ben were very accommodating. We had a pre-meet at their house which was very close to their stay. I wouldn't normally leave it so late due but one of my dogs had been ill and taken a few weeks to recover. They were understanding of the lack of communications and we were made to feel very welcome. They asked lots of questions about the care and attention required for my two and I felt complete confident in their ability to look after my dogs. It was a trial stay as I've recently moved to the area and this is the first time they've been left with anyone outside of close family. I'm happy to say I'd use Rachel and Ben's services again and maybe leave them for longer if Rachel and Ben aren't booked up already!”

About: I've always been the person to call when friends or family need a pet and house sitter, whether that be for an hour or a few weeks! I grew up with two cats, have always loved dogs and now have my own family cockapoo called Tara, who is 7. I've looked after puppies as well as older dogs, whether they be energetic or anxious. Having grown up in Cambridge, I know all the best parks and dog walking spots, and all the best dog-friendly pubs, shops and cafes! I love dogs and meeting new people. I'm based in Cambridge and mostly work from home, and I'm happy to be called on at short notice. I'd love to gain more dog-sitting experience and build my profile, so I'd be happy to do anything from a dog walk to a longer stay. Any other questions, please let me know! At my home there is a warm and safe environment with a fairly large fenced garden. I have a 7 year old family cockapoo and two sisters in their 20s who also love dogs! We're currently fighting for Tara's attention, so we'd love to look after another dog too. Tara is a pretty relaxed and unbothered dog, and mostly won't approach other dogs in the park and be more focused on exploring the smells and chasing squirrels. That being said, she will run around with other friendly dogs now and again! If I'm looking after a dog in someone else's home, I will follow whatever rules you usually set for your dog, and try and keep my style of dog-sitting as similar to yours as possible. I'm very respectful of other people's homes and privacy, and I am really just happy to spend a few nights away from home and cook, read, work and explore the local area.
