“Rachel and Ben were very accommodating. We had a pre-meet at their house which was very close to their stay. I wouldn't normally leave it so late due but one of my dogs had been ill and taken a few weeks to recover. They were understanding of the lack of communications and we were made to feel very welcome. They asked lots of questions about the care and attention required for my two and I felt complete confident in their ability to look after my dogs. It was a trial stay as I've recently moved to the area and this is the first time they've been left with anyone outside of close family. I'm happy to say I'd use Rachel and Ben's services again and maybe leave them for longer if Rachel and Ben aren't booked up already!”

They were very welcoming when we arrived and Gigi felt immediately at home and was sniffing around and exploring the garden. They sent a few photos each day while on walks and at home playing and sent me text updates after walks and in the evening/morning. Gigi came back to me very happy and even said goodbye to them!
