“Louise has been absolutely amazing. She made us feel so at ease by sending regular photos and updates whilst looking after our fur baby. She treats the dogs that she looks after as her own and it’s obvious how she genuinely cares so much about them. Our little boy really seemed to become a part of the family whilst staying with her. Lou got in touch for a meet & greet prior to our dog’s stay with her and asked questions about his routine etc, as well as being very open and accommodating to our dogs medication needs. Would 100 % recommend Louise and book with her again. Thank you!!”

“We was so anxious about leaving our 15 year old King Charles Shitzu cross as we have never left him with anyone who wasn’t family but we needn’t be as Kirsty ensured that it was home from home for him. She ensured that he was kept to his routine, and kept up with his medication. She was attentive and ensured she understood every small detail in his personality and needs. She sent us twice daily pupdates accompanied with photos and videos to give us piece of mind and we were relaxed on holiday knowing that he was cared for and loved. “What a find! I couldn’t have asked for a better pair to care for my fur baby as these two! They sent me multipul updates daily and you can really tell they loved my dog like it was their own. After a really bad experience they have put my mind at rest and made me realise there are some really special humans out there! “We are over the moon to have found Charlotte - she is the first person our 3 year old miniature dachshund (Monty - who is very clingy!) has boarded with. Charlotte made sure he was cuddled and loved as if he was at home and Monty settled well. “Lucy looked after our cat for 2 weeks. Hellim is naturally a very shy cat and needs time to adjust to new surroundings. Lucy was great with him, he was already relaxed after just few days.
