“I felt very happy leaving Piper with Philippa. She immediately came across as gentle and confident, and I could tell that Pipes liked the house and would settle there. It was a calm environment, without windows onto the street, which meant she could relax. Level of contact was just right- and Philippa checked this with me as we went along- and they were able to manage instructions around a few dog quirks easily. When I collected her, Piper seemed happy in Philippa’s company, and settled back home easily too. Success! Thank you !”

From the moment we dropped Karla off to the moment we picked her up, Claire and her husband went above and beyond to ensure Karla felt loved and at home. We also really enjoyed receiving the daily photo updates, giving us a glimpse into Karla's super fun outdoor adventures and cosy evenings! Karla even formed a fast friendship with their own dog! New besties! And the thoughtful touch of sending Karla home with a brand new squeaky toy melted our hearts. If you're looking for a loving, attentive, and all-around amazing place for your dog, we wholeheartedly recommend Claire. We were recommended Chloë and after an initial conversation with her, were more than satisfied about how well she’d care for Bob. She welcomed him into her home like he was her own and he loved spending time in her care. Great daily walks, she understood about his allergies and his dietary needs - and he got on great with the other dogs, Gigi and Oscar there too. If you’re looking for genuine ‘home from home’ care, I couldn’t recommend Chloë more highly. We’ve been away many times since our first weekend away and feel more than comfortable leaving Bob now.
