She warmed up to Orsa, and Orsa warmed up to her, even though Orsa doesn't like strangers. Phoenix followed all instructions and kept Orsa's schedule/routine, which is important for a senior dog. She sent updates every day with photos and answered my text messages promptly. She also left our house clean & tidy.”
