“Polina looked after our two shih tzus for 11 days while we traveled overseas and we cannot rate her highly enough! We have a 10-month old puppy who is high energy and a 4-year old dog who has severe environmental allergies (including grass which can be hard to avoid but Polina did this!), is leash reactive and requires daily medication. Looking after them, especially for such a long period, is no easy feat but she was fantastic! Polina followed all of our instructions perfectly and checked in every single day with photos and updates and was always just a call away if needed. She left our house in excellent condition and we can came home to two very relaxed, happy and healthy pups. We have quite high standards and have used Rover for several years (and have had some really poor experiences unfortunately) - let us assure that Polina is truly the best of the best.
