“This was my first-time using Rover. The app was simple and made it is easy for me to connect with Kate. Hooray! I was so fortunate to find her, in a word Kate is amazing. She communicated quickly at all times, from my first request, to our “get to know each other" visit where she spent time with us and the dogs learning about their routines and needs, until the end of her stay. Giving a person you don’t know a key to your house and the care of your dogs might be concerning. Once we met Kate we were so reassured and knew that all would be well. Our dogs are seniors and usually feel most comfortable with us. When we came home their response was “Oh, it’s you. That’s nice.” No usual big hurrah. They kept walking between us and Kate sharing the love. When Kate left they were at the front door trying to decide if they should be going with her! That’s pretty amazing. Kate took care of the dogs, took in the mail, watered the plants, and left the house spotless. We can’t thank her enough and give Kate our highest recommendation. We are sure that anyone else who calls upon her services will feel the same. Thanks again Kate, because of you we were able to really enjoy our time away from home without any worries. “I contacted Noor the evening before I was leaving the country for a 10-day trip when the cat sitter I had booked months in advance had a last minute emergency and let me know she couldn't make it. I was frantic. Noor responded and was very reassuring, flexible and accommodating to the last-minute nature of my request. In addition, my cat Max is very sweet and well-behaved but is challenging because he spends most of his time outdoors and one never knows when he is around to let him back in. Noor paid attention to his comings and goings and kept me well-informed so that I didn't worry that he'd be out in the rain or out without food. She sent me photos and videos and most importantly to me, she really bonded with him so that I felt entirely able to enjoy my vacation knowing he was in good hands. She's a gem and I wouldn't think twice about asking her to come back.”
