She communicated daily with photos and updates about how our pets were doing, she was transparent about her schedule, when she would be able to check in during the day, our pets behavior, health etc. She even had a great recommendation to discuss with our vet to help our dog's arthritis. This was our first time using Rover and we were admittedly a little nervous to leave our senior pets with someone they didn't know but Danielle's attentiveness made any concern disappear on day 1 and we had a much better vacation knowing Tonka and Basti were in her care. “Caleb has 3 dogs of his own at home. Caleb always makes sure that his 3 dogs are eating the best food even if that means he makes them food at home. His dogs at home are getting at least 2 walks a day on top of always being let out to use the bathroom. When animals are in his care or even presence he makes them his number one priority. When Caleb comes over to my house he always has something for my animals whether it be toys or treats. Caleb also just has the biggest heart for animals and he just wants those animals he will be caring for to feel comfortable while their parent's are away. I know he will do his best to do that for the animals and their owners.”
