I scheduled 3 separate drop-in visits leading up to a 6 day trip so my pets could get to know Heather. She was so patient and friendly with them and gave them the time they needed to warm up. During my trip there were times I didn’t have access to internet service, but each time I was able to reach out to Heather, she responded promptly with updates and videos. I felt so reassured which allowed me to relax and enjoy my trip. Heather even went above and beyond by spending the night so my pup wouldn’t have to be alone, she kept up with my mail, took the trash can to the curb, and even washed my pet’s dishes!! I came home to a very happy pets and a sweet note from Heather. I will absolutely be keeping in touch with her for future jobs and I will recommend her to friends and family.
