“Melanie was wonderful! I was a first time Rover user and was a bit anxious about the whole thing but Melanie was wonderful! She was in constant communication with lots of pictures and some videos. My boy can be anxious and when I got home it was a non-event. A big win! Melanie walked him when the temperature wasn’t too hot and was up for a flexible schedule (he’s a big boy so needs shorter more frequent walks when it’s hot outside) and was very respectful of my home and left it in perfect condition. Winnie is anxious with strangers, but Charlotte has such a calm and kind demeanour that really put her at ease, and Winnie fell in love with her immediately. Charlotte was very accommodating regarding her visits with Winnie, and was very clean and tidy while staying at my home caring for Winnie over several days. I look forward to using her services again, and I know Winnie will be overjoyed to see her again also!”
