“While being a dog mom to my sweet Annabelle, I have learned of a million more things to worry about. Absolutely anything can happen while you are gone. I have realized you can’t always trust and depend on people including family or neighbors. My dog is my child and the most important facet of my life. So her safety and well being is of utmost importance. Unfortunately she only prefers to be around me and can get aggressive so finding help has been difficult. However, my friend introduced me to the best thing that could have happened- Carlie! Her whole demeanor and calmness can permeate any room. Annabelle was hesitant at first but now the light in her eye that sparks when she hears Carlie’s name is unmatchable. I think she almost prefers to go on walks and play with Carlie sometimes. I feel comfortable with Carlie in my home and so much safer when she’s there. Carlie is punctual, communicative, trustworthy, and so much more. She even has sent me photos while I’m gone and needs a nap after every play date with her. I almost want to keep her a secret but as a dog mom I know how hard and nerve wracking it is to feel comfortable giving someone full access. Thank god for Carlie! If you want top tier service for your fur baby, hire her!”

“Kelsey was a lifesaver staying with our pups for the weekend! We have a Rottweiler and a lab mutt mix so it’s hard to not worry about them bc of their size with someone else other than my husband and I. We haven’t had the best luck on Rover in the past and Kelsey made this experience super easy and comfortable for us. She kept in contact with us and sent pictures and videos which made us really happy. We even came back to our apartment cleaner than when we left! Definitely rebooking with Kelsey next time. “We were incredibly fortunate to have found Rose through Rover. She stayed at our home for a week during the 4th of July holiday while we were away and took care of our high-anxiety puppy with such patience, expertise and love. From the moment she arrived, it was clear that she had a special knack for handling our dog. Our puppy, warmed up to her instantly, and she took extra time to help train him in good behaviors like not jumping on people and teaching him other commands. He now sits and goes to shake anytime I get near him and say his name. Throughout her stay, Rose provided regular updates and photos, which put our minds at ease especially since this was our first time away from our puppy and I'm one of those people who is a bit over obsessed being overprotective. Not only did she follow our detailed care instructions to the letter (2 pages of written instructions + a walk through meeting before her stay), but she also went above and beyond to ensure our puppy felt comfortable and loved. She spent extra time playing with him, which helped alleviate his anxiety, and taking him on walking adventures to explore. Our dog is scared of random objects, which is really highlighted when he's out on walks, and she was absolutely amazing in supporting him and then sending us videos on his updates. Aside from her obvious skill with animals, Rose was a pleasure to communicate with. She was responsive to messages, punctual, and left our home spotless upon departure, my home was actually cleaner then I left it. It's rare to find someone who treats your pet and your home with such care and respect, but Rose truly treated our dog like her own family member. Our dog already misses her. We cannot recommend her highly enough and would not hesitate to book her again for future pet-sitting needs. If you're looking for someone reliable, compassionate, and experienced in handling pets, Rose is absolutely it. Find her was seriously a gift.”
