I also volunteer as an adoption counselor for rescues animals at Richmond Animal League and have my fear free training certification- teaches how to safely handle rescues to minimize their anxieties and fears from past traumas, especially around new people. Every animal’s safety comes first and I am trained in what red flags to look for in emergency situations, a variety of health conditions and illnesses, household and food toxins, separation anxiety/behavioral issues, and more. I know how to provide medical care and act quickly when necessary if a vet or emergency care is needed! I can let pets outside in your backyard, or take on walks for any length of time. I know how to use crates and can put up baby gates when needed to train or supervise! I do not let pets outside of my site when they are under my care. I love to play with animals, give reassuring pets and cuddles, and give as them as much verbal/physical praise and reassurance as it takes to make happy and comfortable. 😊
