My 70lb dog, who can be quite shy around new people, quickly warmed up to them during the meet & greet, which is a testament to their patience and experience with shy dogs. They also took time to answer all my questions and show me around where the dog would stay/the yard during the meet and greet. Throughout the weekend I received regular updates, including photos and videos, which really put my mind at ease. Robert and Brian took my dog on long walks, spent time playing tug, and even designed enrichment activities like painting for my dog. My dog returned happy and healthy. She got a bit sick on the first day and they let me know right away and were happy to make changes to her routine to work with it.
