She was super accommodating, letting Sebastian come over and get a feel for the place before we booked and was understanding when I had to tack on an extra day because one of our flights got cancelled. She sent me frequent pictures of him playing with new friends and cuddling up for the evenings. It did not seem like he was lacking any love while we were gone, which puts this nervous dog mama’s mind at ease for any future out of town plans :)”
