When I was dropping off my dog, he made sure that my dog had the items my dog needed for her stay and offered his resources if I had missed items for my dog. During her stay, I asked him questions about how my dog was doing and he replied very quick and sent me updates and pictures of how my dog is doing. Windell offered his help upon picking up my dog and debriefed me about Butter’s stay. It was a pleasure to have him take care of my dog! :)”

“Amazing service! My baby pixie was soo nervous and scared at first, she took the time with me to tour her around the house and say hi to everyone till she felt comfortable. Pixie had an amazing time and a blast with Joycemar’s two other friendly and playful dogs. I was so happy to receive the multiple videos/updates throughout the day and seeing how much fun my baby was having. Very grateful for her patience and love towards pixie, highly recommend. I also got delayed due to the weather and she was understanding regardless if it was in my control or not. Kobe also came back clean as I dropped him off and seemed to have fun. “Kory had quite an unfortunate situation with our dogs!! One of my Boxers had an adverse reaction to a relatively new medication, and had to be taken to urgent care at 3am (the night before Thanksgiving). Kory was a total pro, from his communication, to his keen attention to the medication label & listed side effects. He reacted quickly, he put the dog's needs first in what I'm sure was an overwhelming and scary situation. We were completely stressing out since we had traveled away and only got the messages the next morning, but he made sure to send pictures, give us updates and call with news. It was not a good time for anyone, so if he decides to keep dog-sitting (hopefully!), I would trust him 100% with your pups, cause it was obvious he cared throughout.”
