“This was our first time using rover & we're a bit skeptical to leave our 7month old puppy with a stranger. But Reece and Danielle we're amazing from the beginning! They took her last minute when we had to go out of town for a weekend and was flexible. Yuki had a blast with Reece, Danielle, & other pup friends! She was worn out and sad to leave. They sent pictures just enough for us to know she was having a good time. It was nice to know she was socializing and exercising especially since she doesn't get to often. Balou had a bit of a soft stool problem when I dropped him off and we worked together to get him back to normal, she carried him down the stairs when he wouldn't go himself (arthritis). I even had a flight delay and she was willing to keep him for extra time and go get him more food if needed. Definitely recommend!!! I will be using her for future trips.”
