During our meeting, he was very welcoming and even invited us over to his apartment so my dog could get acquainted before the drop-off day. When discussing my senior dog's needs - including daily supplements, medications, and assistance with stairs and occasional allergy flare-ups - I was initially concerned. However, Rod's previous experience as a dog owner quickly put me at ease. He understood exactly what was required and I felt comfortable knowing he was more than capable of handling everything. Throughout the stay, Rod kept me in the loop with photo updates every day, which was really sweet of him. His communication was spot-on, and I felt totally comfortable knowing my dog was in good hands. I'd definitely book Rod again for my next trip out of town. “Leaving our beloved miniature poodle Thanjo behind for a three-week trip to Asia was not an easy decision. Thanjo usually travels with us but unfortunately he wasn’t able to join us for this trip.
