Not only did she ensure my puppy was well taken care of, but she also introduced her to her own precious puppies, which helped tremendously with socialization and teaching my pup how to play nicely with others. I received so much more than I expected! Katiuska stayed in constant contact with me, regularly sending updates and adorable pictures that put my mind at ease during my travels. Her love for dogs is evident, and I felt completely comfortable knowing my puppy was in such capable hands. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Great communication driven by Erica and Andrew regarding Tory’s normal routine and lots of great questions around expectations ahead of time. They were very accommodating with my early 7-7:30am drop off and 8pm+ late pick up times due to my flight times. I appreciated the update 5 mins after drop off on Tory’s status settling in, this gave me peace of mind as I was traveling to the airport. Also appreciated all of the picture updates throughout the stay and updates on whether she ate (Tory is usually anxious and does not eat when traveling) or went to the bathroom.
