I especially appreciated how thoughtful Alexandra is about boarding and making sure the dogs are safe and comfortable. She had Winston wear an air tag as an extra precaution, and when he first arrived, she gave him time to explore the house and yard on his own before introducing him to the other dogs gradually. Winston came home safe and happy!”
