About: I grew up with lots of farm animals, but as an adult, I have had mainly dogs. I have been training dogs for about four years and have had dogs of my own for about nine years. I currently work from home so I am available at all times of the day to care for your pets. Boarding drop off begins at 4 PM. If pet sitting in your home: I can care for your pets in your home as needed. I have a lot of flexibility to meet your pets needs. In my home: -For pets that do not have a tendency to run away, they are able to roam freely around the house and outside. The home is located on 22 acres of mountainous terrain, so there is tons of adventure and no rusk of running into roads or other common city hazards. -For pets that are crated: They are leashed and let outside or walked once every two hours. -For pets that love being mainly outside: I have a 100 foot lead which can be attached to them to allow enjoyment of the outside space without risk of running off. Note, I do not leave them for more than an hour. Outside access is limited to leashed potty breaks from sun down to sun up. I do allow pets on the furniture. If you were pet sleeps in a crate at night, please let me know and that can be accommodated. Otherwise, there are plenty of dog beds and an expansive couch in which your pets can sleep on at night if they choose. It would be helpful for me to know if your pet is an escape artist or has any behavioral issues such as food aggression, toy aggression, territorial problems, or any other issues that I need to be made aware of.
