Teri proposed a meet and greet to ensure everything would go smoothly and it really helped us to feel reassured and confident that Lily would be in good hands! “Clara is really patient with pets, and truly understands a pet parent’s concerns. My cat Spin was very shy in the first two days of boarding. But Clara helped him to calm down and got him comfortable around a new environment so quickly that I was completely surprised. She also shared me pictures and videos about Spin’s stay on a daily base, which greatly helped me to travel with ease of mind. Would definitely rebook Clara next time when I need to travel!”
