“We wanted to let everyone know about how awesome Heather and her husband Matthew were at caring for our Malchi Onnie this past week while my wife and I went on a rare vacation. Onnie is an elderly dog with special needs (permanent tracheostomy), so we specially looked for a caregiver who had vet tech experience, and we were so happy to find Heather in our area who fit the bill. In addition to being very knowledgeable, she is clearly also a very compassionate and caring person, not to mention a great communicator. Throughout our trip, we were provided daily updates about how Onnie was doing, along with studio-quality photos of her enjoying her time at Heather's home. During the trip, we were notified of a potential medical concern with Onnie, but Heather diligently monitored the situation, recommended a potential remedy, and stayed by Onnie's side to make sure her situation was stable. Heather also went above and beyond in following the care instructions we had provided, and overall it seemed like Onnie had a very enjoyable time. Overall, we highly recommend Heather's services.
