“This is the second time Wolfie stayed with Kim while we visited Great Wolf Lodge. Although he is nervous and doesn't like strangers, he had an easy time warming up to Kim. She sent us many updates of them going on walks, enjoying her outdoor area, and (his lap dog favorite) keeping close while she worked. When he wouldn't eat his usual dog food, she prepared him special food (with our blessing). We always knew he was in excellent hands and will be back for another visit if we head to Great Wolf Lodge or Great America!”

“Megan was a life-saver accepting my last minute booking request and did an amazing job watching my golden for 10 days! She even accommodated extended his stay a night without hesitation when my flight was canceled. She went out of her way to keep Zeus comfortable/safe by not boarding any other dogs during his stay (since he has been scared of some dogs after getting attacked last year). She sent me multiple pictures everyday and always replied to my texts quickly which made me very comfortable about Zeus’s safety! Zeus seems so happy to have spent this time with Megan and I will definitely be booking with her again! Thank you so much for everything!!!”

A few weeks into the stay Biubiu had some soft/liquid stool issues, and Jayne did a great job communicating with us so we could determine the best course of action for Biubiu. She also took the most amazing daily photos of Biubiu, way better than the pictures we ourselves have taken of him.”

“I cannot say enough good things about Xiaolin and her husband!! They were absolutely incredible with our rescue dog. This was the first time leaving our dog with anyone for even a night, and they were so amazing with him. He acclimated right away and seemed SO happy in all the photos she sent. He can be very frightened with new people but took to Xiaolin and her husband right away. I would 1000 times recommend Xiaolin!”
