“Marie provided great communication starting from when we booked initially. Marie always provided one or more photos each day and let us know how our pup was doing. Marie's husband reassured us at drop off that Freya would be slowly introduced to the other dogs. Freya enjoyed her time at Hillside Hound Hotel and her time playing with the other pups. She was really pooped out once she got home! I would 100% use Hillside Hound Hotel again and recommend them to friends and family!”

She clearly is very passionate about helping animals feel safe and cared for, and was so compassionate about our poor dog's fears and problems. We did a trial sleepover before our 10-day trip and it went great. When we were on our trip, Tanya sent us frequent updates and videos, showing how well Millie was doing. She replied quickly to our texts and was very reassuring. When we picked Millie up, she appeared well cared-for and fine (or as fine as our dog gets!) We HIGHLY recommend Tanya!”

It makes us very comfortable to enjoy our travel. Also, they genuinely love pets. My dogs slept in the same bed as them and played in a beautiful fenced garden. My dogs found a second family, for sure. So, I prefer to go from Madison to Fort Atkinson because the perfect service and true love is rare.”
