“I cannot express enough how awesome Sam and Karen are! This was our first time leaving Penny and we felt at ease the whole time. Things that are amazing about Sam & Karen: - they have a great schedule for the pups that mixes play and nap time - they send tons of photo updates to you throughout your stay with them, and are very responsive to questions - they are true professionals, when we left Penny, she needed eye drops for an issue but hated getting them. Sam and Karen were able to get her calm and tired and administered the drops - they make you feel at ease and listen to any care directions you might have that are unique to your pup - in addition to tons of play in the backyard, they also take everyone for walks Will 100% be having Penny stay again at heaven in Hell’s Kitchen!”
