“We went on a family vacation and used Emily and Matt to sit our sweet Gray baby for a week originally, and they were purely amazing from start to finish. We ended up having to extend due to an unexpected issue and once again just because but they were extremely easy going and refreshing throughout the entire stay. I received updates more than once a day, tons of photos and even videos of my pup! I truly can’t express enough how wonderful and relieving this family is and I am 100% never using another sitter again. Not only were they amazing for me, but my pup seemed to barely notice my absence and opened up with them more than I’ve ever seen him do with any other human aside from myself. Emily & Matthew deserve 100 stars! You absolutely want this family to care for your pet while you’re away, it’ll be the best decision you’ve ever made. “My dog is super high anxiety and he was so calm around Lisbeth on the scariest day of the year (4th of July). Normally we can’t leave Richie home alone because of his separation anxiety but with it being the 4th of July, he definitely couldn’t be alone as he is terrified of fireworks. Lisbeth was great and has such a calming energy about her that she was able to keep Richie chill all night long. I would recommend her to literally anyone. She’s great with animals; they just love her and you can tell and she loves them too!!”

For reference we have two 70-80ish pound dogs that can absolutely play like rowdy, rumble and tumble brothers at times and Tami handled them with understanding and experience. “Carla and her family were very welcoming to us and our fur babies. They were all kind, caring and friendly. Finley & Jessie were very well taken care of and it seems all of our requests regarding their care were met. I’ve booked with 5 different Rover sitters in the past and although they all kept our pups safe this was the first time I had absolutely no concerns or worries. I’m usually checking in frequently with the sitter or just over worrying about how they are doing. This time, I didn’t worry at all or need to check in-because Carla always let me know. If I did have a question or needed to reach out to her-she got back to me right away. I can honestly say I felt as though she really enjoyed looking after our pups. That might seem strange to say because why would someone do this if they didn’t enjoy it? But I’ve had my fair share of doubts & hesitation with past sitters for one reason or another. That was never the case with Carla. It doesn’t seem like just a job with a sitter like Carla who goes beyond just the basic needs of the pup. That makes all the difference to the pups and their parents. In fact, we are already making plans to book with Carla, again. The pups looked great when we picked them up. Happy to see us but not as happy as they usually are-because I think they felt very safe and happy with Carla and weren’t just waiting around for our return. “We were blessed to meet Donna and Michael to sit for our 2 Weiszlas. Age 1 and 2 full of life, love, snuggles, and very attached to their humans. We met to plan a visit as we were planning to be out of the country for 8 days and were rather new to the area. They spent a visit with our pups and us and felt they were a good fit. They sent us some wonderful pictures where they were nestled with their Gabi, napping on the bed, and snuggling on the recliner with Michael. Perfectly at home as they would be with us. They had plenty of doggy company to run and play and keep them busy. I know they missed us and we were so happy to see them but they enjoyed it so much much they were still entertaining the play with their newly made friends. We will definitely be repeat visitors.
