Patti is on several medications along with a special diet so it was important for me to find someone who would be attentive to her needs. Janet is the only person I have ever left my dog with other than my daughter. I will definitely ask her again to dog sit if needed. Janet was always available for me to reach and sent daily photos. “I boarded my two ESAs with Star when I went on a week long trip. They're very affectionate and are bonded animals so I was hesitant about leaving them. They were able to board in one suite together, a big plus for me in terms of both costs and the pair of them benefiting from each others' company. Star was very attentive to my explanation of their food and routine and even sent a couple photos and a video while they were there to reassure me they were doing well. I would definitely use this service to board my cats again and would recommend to anyone looking for competent and caring supervision for their pets while they're away.”

Arianna was very sweet and wonderful, answering any questions I had over the phone before the trip, being flexible about drop off time when we were running behind, sending pictures of Granger while we were out, and allowing for a late pick up time after our cruise.
