I contacted him initially because of his experience with training and other reviews saying he was good with reactive dogs, and I am so glad I did. A weekend stay turned into a week, and my Eevee did amazing there! Zhen and his family were amazing with her, and she came home happy and with tips and advice on how to further her training. She was very communicative and reassuring, we felt very comfortable the whole time, I even got photos of him sleeping belly up as he does at home, which is a clear sign he felt safe and comfortable. It's obvious that Anais and her dog, Aoki, provided a welcoming environment for him. When I returned after the weekend, Sheldon was his usual happy self. “Pamela est extraordinaire!!! Elle est sympathique. Elle nous a envoyé des photos et des vidéos dans lesquelles on pouvait voir notre chien qui prenait déjà ses aises. C'est une passionnée des animaux et ça paraît. Notre chien était vraiment, mais vraiment très bien. En plus, sa petite cocotte lui donnait tellement d'affection. C'est sûr et certain que nous allons la revoir bientôt.”

They provided many updates of my dog throughout the stay, gave him a nice brush, I even ran out of dog food and they were more than happy to go buy some.
