They sent us regular updates and photos and gave us total piece of mind that she was happy and cared for. Mark and Vicky are compassionate and clearly love dogs. “We were thrilled to find Janine on DogVacay....from the first time we spoke to arrange the Meet and Greet, we knew that we had found a wonderfully kind and caring home-away-from-home for our dog, ViVi. Janine made my husband and I and ViVi feel so welcome and at ease....she answered all our questions...taught ViVi how to use the Doggie Door and even had made homemade Doggie treats fresh from the oven. Her knowledge and experience are outstanding and we knew Vivi was in great hands. Our experience greatly exceeded our expectations. “For us to get to know Norma, I booked a meet and greet plus 2 doggie day cares leading up to our 10-day Mexico vacation. Everything worked out beautifully, so that by the time we actually left, Juliet was quite comfortable and friendly with both Norma and her Boston Terrier, Lily. Norma spent extra time and patience with Juliet (with feeding) to help ease her anxiety with being left overnight... and so with Norma's nurturing demeanor, Juliet adapted easily into their family and routine, and even made a great new doggie friend!
