“I have a 13 yr old Boxer who had never stayed with anyone except family and our neighbors whom we are good friends with. I found myself in a predicament when we had a sudden death in our family and I couldn’t take both of my dogs out of state. So, my husband sent me the Rover link and a couple pictures of different sitters. I saw Julies picture and she just looked so sweet and her reviews were great so I chose to go with her. Julie and her husband were AMAZING! They are some of the very nicest people I’ve ever met in my whole life. You can tell they really love and care about the well being of the dogs they watch. They went above and beyond to accommodate and make me and my dog feel comfortable. Julie is also knowledgeable about dogs and especially elderly dogs. She was able to give me some tips that are really going to help with my old dog. She walked my dog everyday and sent me many pictures. My dog was super comfortable with her and her husband. When I picked my dog up she told me all about her stay with them. When we left, my dog fell asleep within 5 minutes of being in the car! My dog never sleeps in the car because she’s usually too excited to see where we’re going but she had so much fun with Julie that she was worn out when I picked her up. Julie and her husband made my heart so happy because I have complete trust in them! I would never hesitate to leave my dogs there! They are wonderful!”
