She was open to helping us scent-train our dogs to learn her smell before coming over. And she was also open to both meeting us and doing a trial visit before we booked out a longer trip. On the day of the actual visit, she was SO communicative + helpful the entire time. Plenty of pictures and the pups who are wary of strangers, LOVE HER. In Addition, my rescues has alot of fears so slow introductions are best with him. I was worried my rescue would not accept a new person caring for them but Shalik came over more than one day to get him to be comfortable with him. Shalik was very patiently and kind. He was knowledgable on how to handle more challenging situations. I feel very comfortable leaving all three of my babies with him knowing they are in good hands. “Lauren has watched my sweet fur baby Zoe serval times while out of town on trips. Zoe is not the easiest due to all of her energy but she handled her wildness with ease. Zoe also suffers from frequent ear infections and Lauren was able to give her ear meds so that way she could continue to get better which can be a task due to her not liking her ears touched. She also always made sure to keep me updated and sent pics while I was away which was the best. I always miss my girl when I’m gone but it made me feel so much better getting updates. 10/10 highly recommend.”
