She helped make us feel comfortable and confident in her ability to help us out by meeting with us and our dog who is timid and easily fearful. She follows directions well and did well providing all the care requested for our dog including feeding, potty and playtime. Her summary visits were detailed, had many photos and helped keep us up to date on how everything was going. We had no concerns about our dogs well-being as we could tell she was being well taken care of. We would work with Karen again and recommend her for your pet care needs!”

“This was our first time using Rover and Cydni S. Cydni did a phenomenal job with our 3 dogs! She was always sending pictures at every drop-in with a description of how they were doing. Our dogs needed medication daily and she had no problem with giving it, she even paid attention to our picky eater and made sure she attended to his needs. Cydni went above and beyond by getting a package left on the porch out of the rain and tiding up the house for us. We can tell that they received lots of love and care! About: Our pets are our family, and making sure they are comfortable and less anxious while you are gone is so important. Who wants to go to a doggy jail while you are gone when you can have them stay in their own home so much easier and much more affordable! I've put my own through puppy training and dealing with a senior dog with hip dysplasia. Prior animals I went through the insulin shots and special diet needs. My current job I do work 9 -6:30 pm which works great for morning potty and dinner timr. Saturday through Tuesday availability is much more open during day compared to Wednesday and Thursday. I literally have a dog that knows how to open doors so I understand keeping things a certain way to protect them and mail/delivery drivers. I will maintain awareness when letting them out either on leash or perimeter fence. Keeping them on a routine route is so important during those times, they love a schedule.

“Cindy is always our choice to watch our dog when we took a weekend trip or while taking a family vacation. My wife and I call her the dog whisperer..lol. My dog MIKO who recently passed at 16 years of age would hear or see Cindy and his whole countenance would change. It was like he was a young puppy again. He was absolutely in love with his sitter, all we knew was that our dog was in good hands and we didn’t have to worry about anything when Cindy was watching him. That is a very encouraging thing to have when you are dealing with an older dog that needed more attention than a younger dog. Cindy has also watched our family turtle as well. She is a trustworthy person who you can count on with no questions asked, she will give the shirt off her back for family or friend. We love her dearly and recommend her to all of our friends when a dog/cat sitter is needed. They all feel the same way we do about Cindy.”
