She never misses her feeding schedule and made sure our dog always got the attention she needed. Not only that she would also make sure our dog was in good health by scheduling her vaccinations, brushing her teeth, grooming her, clipping her nails, and overall ensure our dog had good hygiene to prevent any possible issues our dog could develop in the future. Fatima also made sure to pay attention to her behavior and if anything was abnormal she would find out the main cause by double checking her environment or even doing her own research through any sources available to her. Whenever the family would go on outings we would trust Fatima to look over our dog and she was always content and happy whenever we came back. About: What your pup gets on a stay stay with them: ~ At least 2 walks a day. ~ Affection galore (one of the most important parts, and they will still be happy to go home to you. :) ~ Feeding schedule and types of food stuck to (a change in food is one of the things that can make pups most nervous). ~ A peaceful time to sleep. ~ And, play! ~ and pictures and videos for you, depending on whether the pups keep doing what they are doing while I break out my phone. HaHa! My dear Poco has crossed the rainbow 🌈 bridge: April 29, 2024. She lived a very long a full life and I continue this work knowing she is still my “assistant”. So when your pal(s) stay with me they will have a personal private stay. I work freelance, so am available most of the time (more times than not). I shift from thing to thing easily and always make sure the pets' needs are the first priority. Seriously though, making sure peoples fur-children are safe is my number one priority. I don't lead with that thought of what could happen in conversation because we never want to think about it, but I take safety measures such as always checking leashes harnesses are secure and tight enough they won't slip out. I wrap the leash around my wrist in a way that will keep them secure even if they get startled. I check areas to make sure there are no tempting things to eat on walks or in any areas. I listen to pet "owners" regarding what they know about their "kids" and make sure to follow instructions.

About: I have extensive pet care experience, having lovingly tended to my two dogs. Sadly, in Dec of 2021, my 8-year-old Akita (King), an active and playful companion with a bear-like fur coat, passed unexpectedly due to a stomach mass. His dense fur required regular grooming to manage shedding effectively, a task I undertook diligently to keep him comfortable and healthy. Additionally, my 17-year-old senior dog (Scooby) succumbed to an oral tumor in April of 2024. He came into our life when he was just 7 months old. As he got older and into his senior years, he required specialized medical attention including IV administration, pills, and a special diet. I also spoke Spanish to my furbabies, in case yours do too. My love for dogs and missing King and Scooby, are who motivated me to join Rover. Giving the same love to other pets as if they were my own. Pet care fits seamlessly into my daily routine since I work from home with a flexible schedule. While I occasionally have virtual meetings, my company values pets, with many colleagues being pet owners, fostering supportive conversations about our furry companions. I was motivated to join Rover and the community of dog walkers to help ease the loss of my beloved furbabies. I hope to heal by providing other pets with the same love and attention I gave mine. I own my home and have a private large fenced backyard. With some artificial grass, DG and concrete. In the years I lived here with my own pets, neither of them ever got out. I have A/C in my home to keep potty trained pets comfortable. I treat pets like family, I am constantly checking to see where they are, what there doing and enjoy learning there behaviors. I observe each pet and pay attention to how they eat, behave and react so I can better understand them. Quality of a pets life is so important.
