“Kate came for drop in visits with our 2 tiny toy poodles. Our girls can be timid but I knew right away after meeting her that she knew how to manage these two. She and her husband took their time getting to know the girls and it was obvious the girls were comfortable! Kate made regular visits and was great about communicating, which put my mind at ease. If I sent a text or called there was always an immediate response. Kate also sent lots of pictures. We just got home from our time away and the girls are happy and healthy. We will most certainly be contacting Kate again. I highly recommend her sitting services!”

Our cats are terrified of strangers but they’ve grown to love her which has surprised us COMPLETELY. Not because of the person she is but because that’s how scared our cats are of strangers. My cats are always so, so happy when we come home (because they get to see us but more because they got to have a friend to hang out with for a few days to get away from their parents) and they’re well fed. She takes the time to play with them and make sure they’re active. She is always asking questions if things she can do for them to make them happier, or maybe ask about other toys we have to stimulate them. She’s a pet lover and it shows. “When I had to move out of my apartment and into a hotel Jordan took care of my dog Loki for me. He was exceptional at his job and even allowed for Loki to stay with him for a month until I moved back into my apartment. Every time I go out of town or on a trip Jordan is my go to he’s very detail oriented and kept Loki on schedule with his walks and feeding. He was also attentive to Loki’s allergies which is chicken and beef based foods and wet grass.”

About: I’ve actually owned pets since the early 90’s as a child. However, my true pet ownership skills were pressure tested during hurricane Katrina (2005) when I was forced to evacuate with my pets. As any pet parent, I did everything I needed to do to ensure continuity of care for my dogs even during a time of natural disaster. I’ve owned many dogs all my life, mostly small and medium sized dogs but I also have experience per-sitting large dogs, too. After all - all pets need love! I’ve seen my animals go through all stages of life and I also have experience giving my pets their needed prescriptions and even feeding prescription pet food! Whether you need someone to check in on your furry family member or you need them to be taken for a walk, it would be an honor to serve you and your beloved furry family member. I love sending photographic progress updates to my fellow pet parents so they know that their furry ones are in great hands. I recently had two pets that crossed the rainbow bridge this year due to age and related issues. Therefore I do not have pets at present but I’m very familiar with the care of pets. I work full time for a healthcare company and I’m also a full time student almost done with my MBA in healthcare business. Typically I’m available most evenings after 4:30pm during the work week and weekends are much more open. I will always make sure my schedule availability is updated so that you know if I have a time slot available. I love communicating with pet parents and love it when the communication is reciprocated, it simply makes pet sitting so much easier. If you want me to do a check in or take your pet for a walk - I request that you provide instructions that are clear and easy to follow so I can give you and your pets the best service and care deserved. Out of consideration and safety for your pets, I will never bring my own pet treats unless I confirm with ahead of time to be observant of the nutritional variables for each pet.
